Validation

Many hackathons still rely on a patchwork of tools — different apps for team formation, communication, submissions, judging, event coordination, automated data management and future events cordination. This fragmentation slows everyone down and creates friction.

The vision is to explore whether a unified workflow could improve the experience for participants, organizers, and judges — without changing how hackathons fundamentally operate. This project is in its early validation stage, and understanding whether the ecosystem actually needs a solution like this is the next step.
